The Gravity Separator is a fine sorting device used to remove lighter impurities from materials such as loquat seeds, sprouted seeds, insect-infested seeds, moldy seeds, and smut-affected seeds. It is suitable for applications requiring the fine separation of particles with similar densities. Compared to gravity sieves and cleaners, it offers significantly greater accuracy, but its throughput is relatively lower and it is generally not suitable for the direct processing of raw materials. It also features a shelling function, removing stones from the materials. This machine is suitable for seed companies of all sizes, as well as for grain and oilseed processing, agricultural and secondary product processing, and purchasing companies. Detailed Description
1. By adjusting the wind volume and frequency, a proportion of the clean and rejected grains will be separated.
2. Primarily used to remove damaged, insect-ridden, incomplete, moldy, etc., grains, improving purity after the pre-cleaning process. Applicable to all types of seeds, grains, and beans.
3. At the top of the table, an outlet is designed to remove impurities with a higher density than the clean grain.
4. The vibration system has a VFD (variable frequency drive) to adjust the frequencies for different types of grains.
