De-Stoner

The QSC series destoner is specially designed to remove heavy impurities such as stones, rocks, bricks, and metal blocks from materials. It is widely used in the processing of grains, roasted nuts, Chinese medicinal herbs, dried fruits, and various granular materials. Larger stones will sink and move upwards under the stress of vibrational friction, while smaller grains will move downwards.
Detailed Description
1. The destoner is equipped with internal fans, and both the fans and the vibration system have their own motors.
2. The vibration system has a VFD (variable frequency drive), which adjusts the frequencies to suit different types of grain.
